Responsibilities
  • Deliver, set up, and educate patients and their families on medical equipment.
  • Interact with customers face to face with empathy, patience, and understanding.
  • Ensure proper installation and operation of equipment and provide reassurance to patients and loved ones.
  • Contribute to a positive customer-centric culture and build strong relationships with patients and healthcare professionals.
Qualifications
  • Must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record.
  • Must be able to pass a drug screen and background check.
  • Must be 21 years or older.
  • Must have basic computer skills.
  • Excellent communication skills and strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Empathy, patience, and the ability to work well with patients in person.
  • Familiarity with medical equipment and the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies.
  • Proficiency with software and tools related to delivering, setting up, and maintaining medical equipment.
