We are seeking a full-time Clinical Social Work Supervisor who is dedicated to helping individuals and families heal from trauma, anxiety, and life’s challenges.
We are excited to offer specialty programs such as Infant Mental Health/Child Parent Psychotherapy and EMDR. We pay for training in both of these areas as well as provide the required amount of supervision for independent licensure, 2 to 3 hours a month of other CEUs, trainings, and group supervision and consultation.

OverviewWe are seeking a dedicated Clinical Supervisor with licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) for our clinical team. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in behavioral health, child and family counseling, crisis intervention, and managing diverse patient populations. This role involves supervising clinical staff, ensuring quality patient care, and maintaining compliance with healthcare regulations. The Clinical Supervisor will play a vital role in fostering a collaborative environment that promotes professional growth and exceptional service delivery.
Responsibilities- Provide supervision and mentorship to licensed and unlicensed clinical staff, supporting their professional development and adherence to best practices.
- Oversee clinical operations including intake assessments, diagnostic evaluations, individual and group therapy sessions, and case management activities.
- Ensure all patient documentation complies with HIPAA regulations and is accurately maintained within electronic medical record (EMR) systems.
- Lead crisis intervention efforts for patients experiencing acute mental health episodes or emergencies, including those related to PTSD, addiction, autism spectrum disorders, Alzheimer’s care, or developmental disabilities.
- Monitor quality assurance processes through data collection and analysis to improve patient outcomes and service efficiency.

Qualifications- Valid licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with current state certification.
- Extensive experience in behavioral health settings with a strong background in child & family counseling and crisis management.
- Proven supervisory experience leading clinical teams within healthcare or mental health organizations.
- Proficiency in EMR systems, medical documentation standards, and medical terminology relevant to mental health care.
- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations ensuring confidentiality and privacy of patient records.
- Skilled in delivering individual therapy, group therapy, psychotherapy, and diagnostic evaluation.
