Salary and Benefits- Salary Rate: $75,000 - $90,000 DOE
- 9 days of vacation in the first year of service

- Service Contract Act (SCA) Position
- The Registered Nurse reports to the Health and Wellness Manager (RN) and is an hourly, non-exempt position.
- Assists in the medical care and treatment of students.
- Takes and records temperature, blood pressure, pulse, and respiration rates; dresses wounds and assists with student physicals.
- Administers specified medication and annotates time and amount on patient s chart.
- Assembles, sterilizes and uses various medical equipment and supplies.
- Maintains charts for trainees seen by medical personnel.
- State Registered Nurse s License and one year s experience as a practicing Registered Nurse.
- Active, unrestricted license to practice in the state where the center is located.
- Prefer two or more years of experience.
- Valid driver s license with acceptable driving record preferred.
- Required to pass a drug screen in compliance with our Substance Abuse and Drug-Free Workplace policy.
- Employment is contingent upon successful completion of a nationwide criminal background check.
Job Corps is the largest nationwide residential career training program in the country and has been operating for more than 60 years. The program helps eligible young people ages 16 through 24 complete their high school education, trains them for meaningful careers, and assists them with obtaining employment.
