We re Hiring:
Operations Manager

The Treetop ABA Therapy is growing, and we re looking for an Operations Manager to join our Albuquerque clinic! This role is perfect for someone who loves organization, teamwork, and making a meaningful impact in the lives of children with autism and their families.

• Managing day-to-day clinic operations and front office needs
• Overseeing client and staff scheduling to ensure quality service delivery
• Supporting staff and helping new team members onboard successfully
• Partnering with the Clinic Director to ensure smooth clinic operations
• Assisting with community outreach and relationship-building

Full-time position with shifts between 7:30 AM–5:00 PM, depending on clinic coverage needs.

• 2+ years of experience in ABA or behavioral health
• Experience with scheduling, front office, or clinic operations
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to organize, multitask, and problem-solve in a fast-paced setting
• Experience supporting or leading teams
• Comfortable working on-site in a clinic environment
• Self-motivated and collaborative

• $55,000-$67,500 annual salary (based on experience)
