- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with healthcare providers and key stakeholders

- BS/BA degree in science or related field AND a minimum of 4 years of commercial pharma/biotech experience, including 3+ years of specialty pharmaceutical or neurology sales experience
- Knowledge of healthcare regulatory environments and proven track record of exceeding sales objectives
- Strong computer skills and proficiency with business systems such as and Oracle
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Master's degree in science or related field with 2+ years of similar experience
- Experience in close-door or specialty pharmacy distribution
- Background in psychiatry, neurology, or antipsychotic sales
- Demonstrated leadership skills in cross-functional team settings
- Familiarity with project management principles and tools
