Job Summary

The Community Bridges, Inc., (CBI) Program Manager oversees the day to day clinical and business operations of their assigned site/program(s). The Program Manager’s primary role is to oversee staff who are working with members to obtain and maintain housing in the community as well as increase income stability. The Program Manager will ensure that staff are providing quality support services and housing resources to all clients and guide staff in understanding program processes and services available for their target population/demographic.

The Program Manager is responsible for building a cohesive team that works collaboratively with internal teams as well as community stakeholders to provide quality care. The Program Manager will be responsible for tracking necessary client paperwork and referrals through reporting and will submit reports and deliverables to leadership as required.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee day-to-day clinical and business operations of the assigned site/program(s).
  • Supervise staff delivering housing support services and resources to clients to obtain and maintain housing and increase income stability.
  • Ensure quality support services and clear understanding of program processes for the target population.
  • Build and lead a cohesive team that collaborates with internal teams and community stakeholders.
  • Track client paperwork and referrals through reporting; submit required reports and deliverables to leadership.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED required;
    Associate’s Degree or higher in a field related to behavioral health preferred.
  • 1-3 years of experience in behavioral health required.
  • Lived experience in recovery from mental health and/or substance use disorders, homelessness, family members and veterans preferred.
  • Behavioral Health Technician (BHT) in accordance with A.A.C. R and CBI Clinical Policies and Procedures is required.
  • Current driver’s license (valid and in good standing).
  • Clear 39-month Motor Vehicle Record.
  • Peer certification preferred.
