• Promote and grow the employer's products within a specific geographic territory
• Develop and maintain long-term relationships with healthcare providers and key stakeholders
• Execute territory sales strategies to meet or exceed sales objectives through in-person and virtual communications
• Identify territory-specific opportunities and barriers to product success
• Collaborate with internal partners on strategic initiatives and product promotion

• BS/BA degree in science or related field AND a minimum of 4 years of commercial pharma/biotech experience, including 3+ years of specialty pharmaceutical or neurology sales experience
• Knowledge of healthcare regulatory environments and proven track record of exceeding sales objectives
• Strong computer skills and proficiency with business systems such as  and Oracle
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record

• Master's degree in science or related field with 2+ years of similar experience
• Experience in close-door or specialty pharmacy distribution
• Background in psychiatry, neurology, or antipsychotic sales
• Demonstrated leadership skills in cross-functional team settings
• Familiarity with project management principles and tools
