Overview

Physical Therapist (PT) – PRN days – Kindred Hospital – Albuquerque – as needed, days. Join Lifepoint Rehabilitation in commitment to community health.

• Evaluate patient conditions, develop treatment plans, assist recovery daily.
• Communicate progress or problems to supervisor and team; assist patient scheduling and post charges.
• Document patient care per regulatory and payer requirements.
• Instruct family or nursing staff in follow-through programs.
• Maintain equipment and safe, clean work area.
• Handle job responsibilities per company code and applicable laws.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Current and unrestricted Physical Therapy license in the state where services are rendered.
• Current CPR certification.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
