Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
Inersia AE. Consultant, PT (Consultant, PT) is hiring a full‑time BCBA in Albuquerque, NM.
Base pay range: $95,000–$105,000 per year. Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct diagnostic evaluations and assessments of patients with developmental disabilities and autism.
- Develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans.
- Provide behavioral therapy and support to patients.
- Monitor and evaluate patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for patients.
- Maintain accurate and confidential medical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
- Stay up‑to‑date with current research and best practices in behavioral health.
- Passionate, dependable, and committed to positive client outcomes.
- Experience working with children and individuals with developmental disabilities or autism.
- Strong knowledge of behavioral assessment techniques and interventions.
- Ability to conduct diagnostic evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Proficient in behavioral therapy techniques and strategies.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong interpersonal skills for working with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams.
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate medical documentation.
- A valid BCBA credential from the BACB in good standing is required.
