Inersia AE. Consultant, PT (Consultant, PT) is hiring a full‑time BCBA in Albuquerque, NM.

Base pay range: $95,000–$105,000 per year. Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience.

• Conduct diagnostic evaluations and assessments of patients with developmental disabilities and autism.
• Develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans.
• Provide behavioral therapy and support to patients.
• Monitor and evaluate patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for patients.
• Maintain accurate and confidential medical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
• Stay up‑to‑date with current research and best practices in behavioral health.

• Passionate, dependable, and committed to positive client outcomes.
• Experience working with children and individuals with developmental disabilities or autism.
• Strong knowledge of behavioral assessment techniques and interventions.
• Ability to conduct diagnostic evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Proficient in behavioral therapy techniques and strategies.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong interpersonal skills for working with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams.
• Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate medical documentation.
• A valid BCBA credential from the BACB in good standing is required.
