Overview
The Certified Peer Support Worker (CPSW) provides leadership to the housing team at Women’s Housing Navigation shelter. CPSW ensures consistent delivery of high-quality, client-centered housing services, including Rapid Rehousing and Transitional Housing programs. CPSW coordinates daily operations, assists complex cases, fosters team development, oversees administrative functions and communication with leadership.

- Team leadership
- Daily shelter operations & safety
- Reporting & compliance
- Must be CPSW through a recognized program, such as the New Mexico Certified Peer Support Worker program
- Previous experience working with individuals experiencing homelessness or in a supportive housing setting preferred
- Valid driver s license and ability to travel locally as needed
