Position Summary:

We are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented Full-Time Medical Assistant to join our fast-paced dermatology practice. The ideal candidate is reliable, compassionate, and thrives in a high-volume clinical environment while providing exceptional patient care.

• Room patients and obtain accurate medical histories
• Assist providers with dermatologic exams and procedures (medical, surgical, and cosmetic)
• Prepare and maintain exam rooms, instruments, and supplies
• Perform basic clinical tasks such as vitals, wound care, biopsies assistance, and suture removal
• Document accurately in the electronic medical record (EMR)
• Provide patient education and post-procedure instructions
• Maintain patient flow and support efficient clinic operations
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, HIPAA, and infection control standards

• Certified or Registered Medical Assistant preferred (CMA/RMA), not required if you have experience
• Prior experience in dermatology strongly preferred (will consider motivated candidates with strong clinical background)
• Experience using Mod Med EMA preferred but not required
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a busy setting
• Professional, positive attitude with a team-oriented mindset

• Full-time. Some Saturdays
• No nights or major holidays (schedule details may vary)
