La Vida Llena Life Plan Retirement Community is a well‑established CCRC in Albuquerque. We are currently looking for compassionate Caregivers to join our Assisted Living team! Under supervision, Caregivers provide quality care to our treasured residents.

Shifts& Hours
Full‑time AM & PM split (7:00 a‑3:00 p or 3:00 p‑11:00 p); rotation is Friday‑Monday.
Compensation$15.00 – $19.68 per hour.
About You- Previous caregiving experience in Assisted Living
- We pay 90% of medical premiums! PPO or HDHP/HSA plans available (full‑time employees)
- Dental and vision insurance also available (full‑time employees)
- 10 k life/AD&D insurance, 100% paid by us! (full‑time employees)
- Employee Assistance Program – 6 free sessions annually
- Accrue up to 160 hours of PTO annually plus 7 paid holidays (80 h PTO for part‑time employees)

- 401(k) with 4% match after 1 year of service
