• Recruit, hire, and train hospice aides.
• Facilitate care for patients and families in a comfortable environment by planning activities that improve quality of life.
• Provide patients and families with information regarding hospice care.
• Follow health facility policies and procedures.
• Organize paperwork to keep records up-to-date.
• Document interactions with patients and families in the medical records.

• Experience:
  
  Caregiving: 1 year (Required)
• License/Certification:
  Active CNA License

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
