- Greet patients and provide a welcoming, professional experience.
- Manage patient registration, appointment scheduling, and general office duties.
- Collect and record vital signs, draw blood, and perform routine diagnostic tests.
- Maintain and order medical and office supplies, ensuring proper stock rotation.
- Support providers with patient care and clinical tasks.
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA and all organizational, federal, and state regulations.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and team members.
- Maintain professionalism, punctuality, and a collaborative team-oriented mindset.
- High School Diploma or GED required; MA diploma required.
- BLS certification through the American Heart Association.
- Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Compassionate, customer-service oriented, and a team player.
- Basic computer skills.
- Associate degree in Medical Assisting or completion of an accredited MA program.
- Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) in good standing (if required by state).
- Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience in Primary Care, Family Care, Internal Medicine, Occupational Health, or Urgent Care.
