Behavior Technician - Bilingual

We are seeking a full-time, on-site Behavior Technician - Bilingual (Spanish/English) to join our team in Albuquerque, NM. In this role, you will provide one-on-one behavioral interventions based on Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) to support clients in developing essential life skills, communication, and social behaviors. Responsibilities include implementing treatment plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), collecting data, and tracking client progress.

Collaboration with families and team members is a key aspect of the role to ensure positive outcomes for clients.

Qualifications

• Knowledge or experience in Behavior Analysis and Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)
• Effective Communication skills and a commitment to fostering positive client and team relationships
• Experience in Behavioral Intervention and working with individuals with autism or related developmental conditions
• Background in Psychology or a related field
• Fluency in English and one additional language (bilingual proficiency is required)
• High school diploma or equivalent required; higher education in relevant fields is preferred
• Ability to pass a background check and commit to a significant role in improving others’ lives
