Speech Therapist SLP Inpatient Rehab

• Full-time salaried position on an Inpatient Rehab team
• Treat primarily Stroke, Brain Injury patients
• 6-7 patients per day with 1 hour for documentation daily
• All patient care is 1:1 - never double booked or dovetailing
• Mentorship and training from a strong team of Therapists
• Relocation assistance available
• $15,000 sign-on bonus + Paid relocation assistance
• Medical, Dental & Life Insurance (3 plans to choose from)
• Paid Time Off (PTO) = 5 weeks
• $2,500 CEU credit/year + Free Medbridge subscription
• $250/mo paid towards student loans

Our ideal SLP will possess the heart of a servant leader and a passion for patient-centered care. • Bachelor's or Masters in SLP from an accredited program
• CCC's required
• Dysphagia, Asphasia, FEES, MBSS and Bedside Swallow experience a plus
• Acute Care or Inpatient Rehab experience preferred
• Servant-leader mindset
• Excellent communication skills across all levels
• Must be detail-oriented but also able to see the big picture
• Collaborative, team-building personality style
