Speech Therapist CCC-SLP Inpatient Rehab Sign

• Full-time salaried position on an Inpatient Rehab team
• Treat primarily Stroke and brain Injury patients
• 6-7 patients per day with 1 hour allocated for documentation
• All patient care is 1:1; never double-booked or dovetailed
• Mentorship and training from a strong team of Therapists
• Relocation assistance available
• $15,000 sign-on bonus plus paid relocation assistance
• Medical, Dental, and Life Insurance (choose from 3 plans)
• Paid Time Off (PTO) = 5 weeks
• $2,500 CEU credit per year plus a free Medbridge subscription
• $250/month paid towards student loans

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in SLP from an accredited program
• CCC's required
• Experience with Dysphagia, Aphasia, FEES, MBSS, and Bedside Swallow assessments is a plus
• Preferred experience in Acute Care or Inpatient Rehab
• Servant-leader mindset
• Excellent communication skills across all levels
• Detail-oriented with the ability to see the big picture
• Collaborative, team-building personality
