Ultrasound Specialist - PRESNow 24/7 ED/UC Menaul
Location:
7400 Menaul Blvd NE, Albuquerque, New Mexico 87110, United States of America
Pay Range: $34.68/hr – $59.05/hr
Summary:
PRESNow is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Ultrasound Technologist to join our dynamic imaging team. This role is ideal for a candidate with experience as a general sonographer who is eager to expand their skillset into vascular imaging. We offer comprehensive training in vascular ultrasound to support your professional growth.

- Perform high‑quality general ultrasound exams, including abdominal, OB/Gyn, and small parts
- Perform vascular ultrasound exams (training provided), including lower extremity venous (LEV), lower extremity arterial (LEA), upper extremity venous (UEV), upper extremity arterial (UEA), and carotid studies
- Collaborate with physicians for accurate interpretation and treatment planning
- Maintain patient comfort and safety throughout procedures
- Participate in on‑call rotation as needed
- High School Diploma or GED
- Two years of ultrasound‑specific college coursework, an associate degree or diploma in Diagnostic Medical Sonography
- Experience in vascular ultrasound or related training considered
- ARDMS eligible with registration in two ARDMS registries within two years of hire
- Current New Mexico State Licensure (DMS‑NM) under the New Mexico Medical Imaging and Radiation Therapy Program; provisional or temporary license acceptable
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- NM Diagnostic Medical Sonography certification
- Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer
- Current BLS required
