Provides outpatient individual (youth and adults), couples, and group psychotherapy using a trauma-informed lens. Assess clients’ functioning based on review of client information, interviews, observation, tests, and collaboration with other staff members. Develop and implement treatment plans based on assessment, clinical experience, and knowledge. Respond to client crisis utilizing clinician on-call protocol.
Additional Areas of Responsibility:
Collaborate and coordinate care with case managers. Ensures timely and accurate reporting in the Electronic Medical Record, Time and Effort logs and other program charts as required by Centro Sávila. Supervises non-independently licensed clinicians and/or graduate students. Actively participate in staffings, reporting meetings, trainings, and individual and group supervision at Centro Sávila
Other Information/Requirements:
Minimum 2 years experience in delivery of psychotherapeutic services to youth and adults. Understanding of social determinants of health and case management integration in behavioral health services. Strengths-based, client-centered, trauma-informed approach to services. Clear understanding of confidentiality and strong sense of ethics and professionalism.
