We are proud to announce the recent opening of our brand-new Behavioral Health Substance Abuse Unit, expanding our ability to provide holistic, integrated care to individuals with complex medical and behavioral health needs.

What We’re Looking For:
- Active Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) license in the state of New Mexico
- Proven leadership in skilled nursing or long-term care
- Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local regulations
- Excellent communication and team-building skills
- A true commitment to quality resident care and operational excellence
