• Preparing and analyzing financial statements in accordance with GAAP.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights and recommendations.
• Conducting financial audits and implementing corrective actions as required.
• Assisting in budget preparation and financial planning processes.
• Ensuring compliance with all internal controls, policies, and procedures.
• Performing monthly balance sheet, income statement and changes in financial position/budget variance analyses.
• Identifying and recommending process improvements to optimize financial operations.
• Participating in special projects and performing ad hoc analyses as needed.

• A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in an accounting or finance role, with a strong focus on financial statements.
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Certified Management Accountant (CMA) designation is preferred.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
• Strong understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
• Exceptional analytical skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven track record of meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality work.
