Key Responsibilities Lead the actuarial pricing function, ensuring accurate and data-driven rate adequacy and segmentation Own the annual rate review process, including planning and timeline management Manage and mentor a team of actuarial analysts, overseeing workflow and deliverables Qualifications ACAS designation (or near-FCAS) preferred; significant pricing experience required 8-12 years of P&C actuarial experience with a strong focus on pricing Experience managing staff and owning deliverables with accountability to senior leadership Deep understanding of rate review processes, regulatory filings, and pricing governance Working knowledge of GLM and predictive modeling techniques
