Salary: $52,000 – $162,000 (annually)

Marketing, Public Relations, and Writing/Editing

• Recruit, hire, and train qualified loan officers and direct training programs related to sales techniques, product, and technical requirements.
• Ensure all loans are saleable and deliverable according to Agency, Corporate Broker, and Company guidelines.
• Develop and implement sales strategies, forecasting, and reports as needed.
• Monitor loan pricing and competitive factors to effectively compete in the marketplace.
• Assist in developing builder/broker contacts for the benefit of the sales staff.
• Maintain a professional image and adhere to standards consistent with company policies and procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related business field; preferred.
• Appropriate state license, if required.
• Minimum of 3–5 years loan officer experience and 3 years of management experience.
• Demonstrated ability to manage all phases of residential mortgage origination.
• Proven skills in leading, directing, and motivating a successful sales team.
• Strong judgment and decision‑making ability.
• Excellent presentation, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Ability to quickly assess and process large amounts of information accurately.
• Stays informed of trends and developments in the real‑estate market and competitive environment, as well as changes in rules and regulations pertaining to private and government‑insured mortgages.
• Flexible working hours and willingness to travel (some travel required, ___%).
• Aktiv in community and job‑related organizations to expand beneficial contacts.
• Valid driver’s license and current automobile liability insurance.
• Ability to adapt to the changing mortgage environment.
