Overview

Molzen Corbin, an employee-owned company, has been delivering high-quality engineering and architectural solutions to New Mexico communities for 65 years. We are seeking a Controller to lead our financial operations, compliance, and administrative functions in support of our employee-owners and long-term growth. The role provides financial leadership and reporting for strategic decision-making, ensures the accuracy and confidentiality of financial records, and leads the accounting and administrative team.

The position is in-person in our Albuquerque office.

• Lead financial operations, compliance, and administrative functions to support employee-owners and long-term growth.
• Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and taxes.
• Oversee tax filings and compliance reporting.
• Maintain key banking, vendor, auditor, and regulatory relationships.
• Provide financial leadership and reporting for strategic decision-making.
• Supervise the accounting and administrative teams.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA or advanced degree preferred.
• 7+ years of progressive financial leadership experience, ideally in professional services or the A/E/C industry.
• ESOP experience is a plus.
• Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
