JCW is working with a growing financial services firm who are quickly approaching $10bn AUM and therefore looking for a VP of ERM to improve their risk management program. Working directly under the CRO, this person will play a key role in helping shape their risk frameworks, policies, and appetites under tighter regulations.
Key Responsibilities- Improve and enhance ERM program
- Oversee and lead risk strategies.
- Reporting to senior leadership and the board on risk metrics.
- Mature issue management, TPRM, Vendor Risk, and BCP/DR programs.
- 7+ Years' experience in ERM at a bank or credit union.
- Strong knowledge of regulations.
- Experience transforming, improving, or re-building risk programs.
- Hands on experience within issue management, risk reporting, and reg reporting.
