We are looking for a Consulting Staff Accountant to join our dynamic team in the Accounting and Finance industry. This position will play a pivotal role in facilitating financial operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and contributing to the organization’s strategic goals.

• Preparing and analyzing financial statements in accordance with GAAP.
• Collaborating with cross‑functional teams to provide financial insights and recommendations.
• Conducting financial audits and implementing corrective actions as required.
• Assisting in budget preparation and financial planning processes.
• Ensuring compliance with internal controls, policies, and procedures.
• Performing monthly balance sheet, income statement and changes in financial position/budget variance analyses.
• Identifying and recommending process improvements to optimize financial operations.
• Participating in special projects and performing ad‑hoc analyses as needed.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in an accounting or finance role with a strong focus on financial statements.
• CPA or CMA designation preferred.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Strong understanding of GAAP.
• Exceptional analytical skills, attention to detail and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment.
• Proven track record of meeting deadlines and delivering high‑quality work.
