Job DescriptionJOB DUTIES:
Operate all equipment; stock ingredients from delivery area storage; prepare product; receive and process telephone orders; take inventory and complete associated paperwork; clean equipment and facility approximately daily.
TRAINING:
Orientation and training provided on the job.
- Communicate verbally with customers and coworkers to process orders both over the phone and in person.
- Comprehend and give correct written instructions.
- Perform arithmetic accurately and quickly (may use calculator); make correct monetary change.
- Use verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders.
- Motor coordination between eye and hands/fingers for rapid and accurate movements.
- Enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
Physical requirements:
carrying large cans, pizza sauce, dough trays; pushing and pulling trays on dollies; reaching up to 72 inches to operate oven controls; hand tasks such as shaping dough, using pizza peel and cutter, and assembling boxes.
