Requirements
EXPERIENCE + KNOWLEDGE SKILLS ABILITY (KSA) Emerging // Basic understanding and minimal practical experience; requires guidance and supervision. No experience is required.
- Knowledge of field operations, methods, procedures, safety requirements, and environmental considerations associated with civil infrastructure work in outdoor settings.
- Skills include use of industry-standard tools, equipment, and computer software to perform field tasks, document work, and communicate effectively.
- Ability to safely operate required equipment, travel locally, regionally, and interstate, with occasional overnight stays, and perform work in varying weather, terrain, and environmental conditions.
- Perform assigned tasks with supervision and follow established procedures.
- Develop foundational technical and field skills.
- May operate a variety of vehicles, including large vehicles with or without attached trailers, as needed to support specific operational tasks, and perform routine maintenance to ensure safe and efficient use.
- May cross train to perform other field services (Telecommunications, Survey, SUE). 2. Safety + Compliance //
Safety Data Sheets (SDS), Emergency Action Plans (EAP), and Project Safety Plans (PSP) and Job Safety Analysis (JSA) procedures.
