Job DescriptionSummary We are seeking an Electrical Engineering Test Engineer Intern to support the development, integration, and testing of space-qualified payloads. This role involves assisting with electrical test planning, executing bench- and system-level tests, and supporting environmental testing activities including vibration, shock, thermal vacuum (TVAC), and thermal cycling. The intern will analyze test data, troubleshoot electrical and hardware issues, and work in cleanroom environments in collaboration with multidisciplinary engineering teams.
BasicQualifications (Required Skills & Experience)
- Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field
- Entering senior year following the summer internship
- Familiarity with basic circuit analysis, lab instrumentation, and test procedures
- Interest in aerospace or space systems preferred
- Thrives on innovation and challenge
- Able to excel in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, where small teams share a broad variety of duties
- Has effective problem-solving, analytical, interpersonal and communication skills.
- Focuses on teamwork, collaboration and puts the success of the team above one's own interests
- Ability to work in an office and manufacturing environment (Constant)
- Required to sit and stand for long periods; talk, hear, and use hands and fingers to operate a computer and telephone keyboard (Constant)

In order to comply with the requirements of the ITAR and/or the EAR, applicants must qualify as a U.S. person under the ITAR and the EAR, or a person to be approved for an export license by the governing agency whose technology comes under its jurisdiction.
