Key Responsibilities Perform mechanical and thermal stress analyses, including fatigue, creep, and creep-fatigue evaluations Conduct structural joint configuration evaluations and optimization using established analysis models and methods Support component design teams by analyzing specific mechanical issues and providing actionable feedback
Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related engineering discipline from an accredited university 5-10 years of relevant mechanical stress analysis experience Demonstrated expertise with ASME BPVC Section III, Division 1, including high-temperature applications
Experience with creep, fatigue, and creep-fatigue analysis methods Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred
