Job Summary
Our client, a leader in the aerospace industry, is looking for an Engineering Lead for Assembly, Integration, and Test. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of experience with a degree in Aerospace Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field, OR 15+ years of related experience in AI&T engineering or operations, covering the full program lifecycle from proposal to project close.

- Strategic Leadership:
Oversee the execution of all spacecraft AI&T activities, including the design and curation of long‑term strategies, processes, and facility requirements. - Production & Infrastructure:
Lead the end‑to‑end development of production protocols, assembly workflows, and custom testing equipment/methods. - Technical Expertise:
Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in space launch and hardware qualification, utilizing standard lab tools (oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, etc.) to ensure product readiness. - Testing & Documentation:
Manage the full testing lifecycle, from creating test plans and procedures to documenting quality control results and failure reports. - Team Mentorship & Troubleshooting:
Foster a culture of innovation while leading hands‑on technical efforts to resolve complex hardware and software integration issues.
