Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and technically skilled Integrator to lead the development and execution of new product/process introduction and process transfers across factories. The ideal candidate will ensure that technology, platforms, and products meet certification requirements before transferring to HVM. This role is part of the Advanced Packaging Technology and Manufacturing (APTM NPI) team, driving the execution of NPI builds across SiM, WPM and ATM Organizations.
Responsibilities- Plan and manage technical programs or projects; act as the primary interface between the fab and the program design team, product development team, and factory teams.
- Serve as the primary stakeholder in all program communications and lead factory start-up to ensure product/performance targets are defined and the new product introduction can deliver manufacturing processes meeting product requirements.
- Own the NPI roadmap for designated programs, monitor and report progress against schedule, and serve as the single point of contact (SPOC) for each NPI.
- Partner with external organizations and conduct technical reviews with stakeholders to address all process concerns in a systemic manner.
- Lead problem solving to resolve product/process issues, developing solutions using statistical knowledge and problem-solving tools.
- Act as the point of contact for the assigned product for communication, alignment, issue escalation, and collaborate with BU (PDTs), LTD, product design teams, ATTD stakeholders, Automation, and QnR to deliver holistic solutions.
- Drive execution of NPI builds from initial launches to HVM readiness; ensure ES/PRQ/PROD requirements are met and that the product meets customer expectations.
- Coordinate the introduction of a new product into the factory by providing the required process documentation to factory customers.
- Develop and implement new NPI systems and business processes as they become ready and close issues identified in an NPI reflection.
- Detailed technical understanding of new product/process, schedule forecasting and management, risk assessment and mitigation, HVM learning and consolidation.
- Experience managing NPI builds in a factory environment with the ability to drive capacity and execution efficiency.
- Quick learner who can track issues and drive them to closure at all levels of the organization.
- Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry, Mechanical, Materials Science, Electrical Engineering or related field with 6+ years of experience working with engineering fundamentals
- OR Master's degree in the same fields with 4+ years of experience
- OR PhD in the same fields with 2+ years of experience

Preferred Qualifications and Skills
- Previous experience with factory NPIs or procedures
- Process Integration: experience in integrating packaging processes with overall product manufacturing workflows
- Package Design: experience in designing packaging solutions that meet product specifications, regulatory requirements, and customer needs
- Previous related work experience in a semiconductor foundry (preferred)
