Position Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented EM Drafter / DDC Applications to support our Building Automation Systems (BAS) team. This role involves preparing accurate and professional control drawings and submittal documents using AutoCAD for HVAC and control system projects.
Key Responsibilities:- Create control system drawings, wiring diagrams, and submittal documentation using AutoCAD
- Interpret mechanical schedules, plans, and specifications to develop accurate controls documentation
- Collaborate with engineers, project managers, and field teams to ensure coordinated and compliant designs
- Support submittal, redline, and as-built drawing development throughout the project lifecycle
- Maintain drafting quality in line with company standards
- Proficiency with AutoCAD
- 2+ years of drafting experience, preferably in HVAC, DDC, or MEP environments
- Familiarity with mechanical systems and building automation/control systems
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and technical documentation
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively

Anticipated Rate $25.00 / hour + DOE
