SQL Server DBA
Candidate only from:
Albuquerque, NM / or within 50 miles of range.
Work Mode: onsite 3 days a week from day 1.
Interview Mode: 1-2 MS Teams/ VDO.
Required Skills- 7-10+ years hands‑on SQL Server in production environments with heavy stored procedure usage.
- Demonstrated success in query tuning and performance optimization for large databases.
- Solid SSRS development lifecycle experience.
- T‑SQL proficiency (queries, stored procedures, functions).
- Query tuning and performance optimization (indexes, execution plans).
- Demonstrated success in legacy, stored‑procedure‑centric systems.
- Pragmatic approach to enhancement vs. rebuild; comfort without modern ORMs.
- Ability to learn nuanced legacy domain quickly.
- Has an independence and consulting mindset.
