Position SummaryThe Anderson School of Management at the University of New Mexico is currently inviting applications from current graduate and undergraduate students to serve as Faculty Aides for Summer/Fall 2025 who will work directly with assigned Anderson Faculty from one of four academic departments to support their work. Depending on the needs of the assigned Faculty member and the qualifications of the Faculty Aide, responsibilities may include:
The Faculty Aide opportunities typically range between 10-20 hours per week, depending on Faculty needs and the availability of the student. The pay for these positions will range between $16.00-$18.00 per hour, depending on experience and student status.
There are multiple positions available. Applications received by May 5th will be given first consideration.
Minimum QualificationsEnrolled in a degree-seeking program at UNM, enrolled at least half-time (6 hours) at UNM for fall and spring semesters (Audit hours do not count), and if Work Study, you must meet Satisfactory Academic Progress.
Preferred Qualifications- Current MBA or Senior BBA Student
- 3.0 GPA or above
- Prior experience supporting Faculty
- A demonstrated commitment to diversity, equity and inclusion, as well as working with broadly diverse communities.
