The Department of Chemistry & Chemical Biology is seeking several instructional assistants for undergraduate chemistry Atomic Start Programs and Parachute. The Instructional Assistants will work under supervision of faculty in charge of the courses duties.
Possible Duties- Supervise student work and provide guidance
- Attend mandatory training and preparatory meetings
- Hold review sessions for students with questions related to the course
- Facilitate student coursework discussion and problem solving
- Assist program coordinator prepare program materials
- Other duties assigned by the program coordinator
Preferred Qualifications
- Must successfully have passed Chem
1215 and Chem
1225 with a B or higher - Previous TA experience is preferred but not required
