• Diverse Patient Mix
  : 60% Oncology / 40% Benign Hematology
• Collaborative Team
  :
  Work alongside nurse navigators, social workers, dieticians, and chemo-certified infusion nurses
• Balanced Schedule
  : 36 hours of patient care + 4 hours of admin time, Monday-Friday 8-5
• Tumor Boards
  :
  Participate in multidisciplinary boards every Wednesday and Thursday
• Manageable Call
  :
  Inpatient call just 7 weeks per year
• Research Opportunities
  :
  Engage in clinical trials and initiatives as a member of the New Mexico Cancer Care Alliance
• Streamlined Systems
  :
  Systemwide Epic EMR for coordinated care

• Board Eligible/Board Certified in Hematology and Medical Oncology
