Position Requirements :

- Fellowship in Advanced Heart Failure - Board Certified/Board Eligible in Cardiology/Advanced Heart Failure - Ability to obtain License to practice in New Mexico - Basic Life Support Certification & Advance Cardiac Life Support Certification - DEA certificate and NM Board of Pharmacy Controlled Substance Certificate Nationally competitive salary.
