Patient ages: 6 months - 22 months

Salary and Benefits :$125,000 to $145,000 annual salary (negotiable) Sign-on Bonus Relocation Stipend Monthly bonus plan for optometrists
Up to $1,000 per year in CE reimbursement
Professional fees reimbursed for state-specific required license(s) and certification(s) or membership(s)

Requirements:
