The National/Alamo brand of Enterprise Mobility has an exciting opportunity for a Return Agent. The Return Agent will provide superior, friendly, efficient service during all aspects of the rental car return process. Assist all customers with the rental return process, create and maintain a friendly environment, and make all transactions quick and efficient.
The pay for this position starts at $16/hour plus monthly performance bonuses.
This position is located at the Albuquerque Airport (ABQ), Rental Car Area: 3400 University Blvd Suite K, Albuquerque, NM 87119.

Option 1:
- Sunday: 2pm – 11pm
- Monday: 2pm – 11pm
- Tuesday: 2pm – 11pm
- Wednesday: 2pm – 11pm
- Thursday:
Off - Friday:
Off - Saturday: 2pm – 11pm
Option 2:
- Sunday: 4am – 2pm
- Monday: 4am – 2pm
- Tuesday:

- Greet customers using prescribed dialogue as they arrive on the lot
- Remind customers to check for personal belongings
- Identify items found in vehicles, record unit number, date, time, and forward to lost and found
- Advise and review rental charges; provide an accurate receipt
- Provide information regarding transportation to the airport terminal
- Thank customers using prescribed dialogue
- Inquire about service, capture satisfaction and document dissatisfaction
- Discreetly check incoming vehicles for damage and direct customers to the counter for damage/loss reporting
- Verify vehicle return with full tank of gas
- Complete a service alert for any mechanical or body damage reported by customers
- Identify vehicles on system hold for turnback, time or mileage, recall, or other special lock and verify their movement to the proper lot location
- Identify and tag vehicles flagged for grounding or preventative maintenance; verify their movement to proper lot location
- Keep lot organized to facilitate ease of access and traffic flow
- Seek to improve job performance through self‑assessment, skill development, training, and goal setting
- Maintain regular and reliable attendance and punctuality
- Perform miscellaneous job‑related duties as assigned
- High School Diploma or G.E.D. required
- Minimum of 1 year prior customer service retail or administrative support experience
- At least twelve consecutive months of prior work or organizational experience
- Valid driver's license with no more than two moving violations and/or at-fault accidents in the past three years
- No drug or alcohol related conviction on driving record in the past five years
- Authorized to work in the United States and not requiring sponsorship now or in the future
- At least 18 years old
