VIP Staffing is immediately hiring a Customer Service Position for a leading organization in Rio Rancho.
As a Customer Service Rep, you will:- Provide customer service via telephone, both in and outbound calls.
- Perform contract review.
- Perform a variety of administrative tasks and duties.
- Perform data analysis.
- Process and maintain customer orders.
- Perform technical problem solving.
- 3 years' experience with customer interaction.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Detail oriented.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong computer skills using MS Office Suite, particularly proficient in Excel.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Self Starter.
This is a full-time, temp-to-hire position with a schedule of Monday-Friday 8am- 4:30pm.
Pay is $16.00 per hour.
