To provide timely, courteous and efficient scheduling of weekend online inquiries and non‑emergency call back scheduling.

Hours:

Saturday and Sunday 8am-5pm (remote) Monday 7am - 4pm (in office)

• Capable of handling large volumes of callbacks and online service inquiries
• Ask detailed questions
• Attention to detail in data entry of work orders
• Knowledge and understanding of scheduling and dispatch software
• Willing to take on additional work or projects
• Self‑motivated in a remote setting

$33,280 - $39,520 (dependent on experience)
