The role plays a vital part in the construction process and will be responsible for working with development and construction partners to successfully deliver projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed safely, on schedule, and within budget.

• Oversee project execution from conception through closeout.
• Collaborate with development and construction partners to maintain project scope, schedule, and budget.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements.
• Manage project billing and percent‑complete invoicing.>
- Thorough understanding of construction methods and project management
- Robust knowledge of project planning, design, and execution
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Sound knowledge of safety standards and requirements
- Understanding of percent‑complete construction billing
- Willingness to trouble‑shoot
- Desire to be a leader
- A minimum of 4 years working experience in the civil construction industry, including commercial, residential subdivisions, and public work projects
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferable
- Experience with MS Project, MS Office, and MS Excel
Candidates must have a clean MVR and be able to pass pre‑employment drug screen/physical/background check.
