Compensation: $80,000 – $140,000 annually (DOE)
OverviewOur client is seeking an experienced Lead Superintendent to oversee on-site operations for complex construction projects. This is a key leadership role responsible for coordinating all field activities, driving schedules, and ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.

Position SummaryThe Lead Superintendent serves as the primary on-site leader and is responsible for the day-to-day execution of construction operations. Working closely with Project Managers and Project Engineers, this role ensures seamless coordination of trades, adherence to schedules, quality control, and site safety.
This position is ideal for a hands-on, goal-oriented leader who thrives in a team environment and takes pride in seeing projects executed efficiently and professionally.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and coordinate all daily on-site construction activities
- Provide overall site leadership and supervision of all trades and field personnel
- Maintain project schedules and ensure work progresses on time and within budget
- Conduct and lead weekly safety meetings with all subcontractors
- Communicate project status, milestones, and challenges to project leadership
- Collaborate with Project Managers on construction planning and execution
- Work with Project Engineers to ensure submittals, RFIs, and clarifications are current
- Develop weekly and monthly work plans
- Create daily reports and photographic documentation of site progress and issues
- Enforce safety standards and promote a culture of jobsite safety
- Proven experience as a Superintendent or Lead Superintendent in commercial construction
- Strong ability to read and interpret construction documents and schematic drawings
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple trades and priorities simultaneously
- A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
