To oversee the planning and execution of daily operations, ensuring quality control, schedule adherence, and jobsite safety. Manage multiple job sites simultaneously and ensure crews are equipped, supported, and working effectively. Provide leadership and direction for multiple grading and paving crews on roadway, municipal, and DOT projects.

• 10+ years of heavy civil experience, specifically in grading and paving for road construction.
• Strong background working on municipal and DOT projects with an understanding of public sector standards and specifications
• Proven ability to lead field teams and drive quality through structure and process
• Deep knowledge of earthwork, paving, site prep, compaction, material specs, and general roadway construction.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
• Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement.

• Manage multiple job sites simultaneously and ensure crews are equipped, supported, and working effectively
• Develop and mentor field staff, promoting a strong culture of teamwork, professionalism, and growth.
• Identify risks, track project process, and resolve issues proactively to ensure successful project outcomes
• Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, inspectors, and clients to keep projects moving efficiently and on target
• Drive accountability by implementing and reinforcing company standards, processes, and procedures
• Provide leadership and direction for multiple grading and paving crews on roadway, municipal, and DOT projects
• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional technical or industry certifications preferred
