• Lead and coach the project team; manage the project from inception to close with knowledge of each project phase and process.
• Manage site personnel and sub-contractors; act as the project point of contact for Pavilion s clients and their architect.
• Lead pre-construction meetings to set expectations among all project stakeholders.
• Develop a project management plan using Pavilion s construction management tools and software (e.g., Viewpoint Construction Software, MS Projects, Pro Contractor, and the MS Office suite).
• Lead the project from start to finish and mentor critical roles serving you, including the Superintendent and Engineer.

• 2+ years of experience on multi-family, senior housing, or hospitality projects.
• Previously performed as a project engineer, project manager, or superintendent.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and estimating and construction accounting software programs.
• 2 years of post-graduate education (e.g., trade school, apprenticeship) is a plus.
• Positive problem-solving attitude and ability to work in a team environment.
