• Develop a thorough understanding of the employer's overall business direction and operating strategies
• Identify new projects through research, networking, and building relationships with current clients
• Update the CRM database with all relevant customer, project, product, and pricing information
• Provide weekly sales and market updates, including competitive activity and progress toward KPIs
• Manage quality issues with customers and facilitate solutions in collaboration with management

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• Minimum of 4 years of sales-related experience
• Proficient computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Office; experience with CRM systems preferred
• Strong communication, presentation, and organizational skills
• Willingness to travel overnight (30%)

• Industry experience strongly preferred
• Strong writing and editing skills
