The Pricing Coordinator will support the pricing team by managing and coordinating purchase orders (POs), reviewing supplier pricing, and ensuring accuracy in all pricing data. This position assists with coordinating procurement, pricing strategies, and supply chain operations. Strong focus on data organization, basic analysis, and communication.

• Coordinate POs from suppliers, ensuring smooth processing through internal systems to accounts.
• Coordinate improved processes to optimize inventory levels and streamline supply chain operations.
• Assist by using data to forecast ordering needs, monitor stock, and avoid overstocking or stockouts.
• Collaborate with teams and suppliers to ensure timely deliveries and resolve disruptions.
• Coordinate to collect, organize, and analyze data to support inventory planning, assist with reports, and efficiencies process improvement.
• Assist with maintaining accurate records of inventory, forecasting, and logistics data to ensure consistency.
• Assist with reports and dashboards/systems to track supply chain performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Assist in optimizing data systems and workflows to enhance overall operational efficiency.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• 1-2 years of experience in data entry, pricing, or a related field.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work with large data sets.
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Excel or similar software for tracking and organizing data.
• Good written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact with both internal teams and external suppliers.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks while maintaining accuracy.
• Basic understanding of pricing principles and supply chain processes.
• Associate's degree in business or related field preferred, or equivalent experience.

• Ability to work in an office setting for extended periods.
• Capable of analyzing large data sets and effectively communicating findings.
• Must be able to perform desk-related tasks, using hands, wrists, and arms for extended periods.

Involves frequent/infrequent, occasional, and routine exposure to:

• Exposure to administrative and warehouse settings, where moving equipment and inventory may pose safety risks.
• Other extreme hazards not listed above.

• Must possess and maintain a valid state Driver’s License with an acceptable driving record.
• Must be able to pass criminal background and drug screen.
