Description
This position requires in-role training at an operating site which will be 2+ weeks in duration. This training will be located 50+ miles away from the home site location. All travel accommodations for training will be booked and paid for by Amazon.
This role requires flexibility to work 10-hour overnight shifts (late afternoon to early morning) on a schedule of either front-half (Sunday – Wednesday) or back-half (Wednesday – Saturday). Shifts will be assigned upon starting and may change based on business needs.

First mile, Middle mile, and Last mile. Our vision is customer-centric, and all workflows aim to deliver smiles to our customers, even in remote areas through our Rapid and Rural Logistics (R2L) and Rural Super Rural (RSR) initiatives.
Key responsibilities
- Support, mentor, and motivate your team.
- Manage safety, quality, productivity, and delivery commitments.
- Collaborate with support teams to meet business objectives.
- Lift up to 49 pounds, stand and walk during shifts up to 12 hours, and perform physical tasks including climbing stairs.
- Work in environments with variable noise levels, temperatures, and weather conditions.
- Work flexible hours, including weekends and overnight shifts.
Basic Qualifications
- 2+ years of employee and performance management experience.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or 2+ years of Amazon experience.
- Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends, nights, and holidays.
- Push and pull loaded dollies up to 100 pounds.
Preferred Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience with performance metrics, process improvement, or lean techniques.
