WESST operates regional Women’s Business Centers and programs across the state, including Albuquerque, Farmington, Hobbs, and Las Cruces.
The Workflow Coordinator/Manager playsa central rolein keeping WESST’sRevenue
Departmentrunning smoothly. This position supports timelines, deliverables, communication, and reporting across several high-impact areas, including:
- WESST Loan Fund
- WESST Business Incubator
- Contracted and earned-revenue initiatives
Working closely with the Chief Revenue Officer, this role ensures that projects stay on track, cross-team communication is clear, and systems are efficient, reliable, and aligned with organizational priorities.

We are hiring for this position across a range of experience levels. Title and compensation will bedeterminedbased on qualifications within the following spectrum:
- 1–7+ years of experience in administrative support, project coordination, operations, or project/program management within a nonprofit or similarly complex environment
- Ability to support or lead (depending on experience) project timelines, deliverables, documentation, and cross-team communication
- Experience managing multiple projects, improving workflows, and/or overseeing division-level coordination
- Bachelor’s degree preferred/requiredbased on level; students nearing graduation may be considered for entry-level roles
- Advanced credentials such as a PMP or relevant master’s degree are valued for senior-level candidates
- Spanish language skills are strongly preferred
